I stand behind my Diaper Wreaths 100%.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Diaper Wreath, simply return your Wreath within 7 days after you receive it for a full refund - no questions asked. Your wreath must be returned unused and in its original assembled shape and in its original packaging. Please contact me prior to your return. Sorry we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods.
We personally pack and ship your package securely so that it will arrive in execellent condition. However, if your Diaper Wreath is damaged in transit we will send you a "no charge" replacement, freight free. You will need to return the entire unused damaged wreath to us in all its original packaging for assessment prior to replacement. You are required to notify us within 48 hours of receipt of a damaged package. Sorry we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods.
Heartstrings Creations will refund to your credit card via PayPal, replace your item with another of the same or similar Diaper Wreath, or issue you a store credit.
Other
Our Diaper Wreaths are hand made in a smoke free environment. Wreaths may include small decorative components (ribbon, etc.) that should be removed prior to giving them to children. Not everything is safe for infants, please use your discretion.
